Mosaic Church Street 50+ Drop-in Service

– Tackling isolation, depression, loneliness –

Mosaic is offering a free weekly drop-in service for 50+ women resident in Church Street, NW8. Funded by Westminster City Council, Neighbourhood Keepers Programme, this project offers free health and wellbeing advice and support for 50+ women.

During the drop-in , trained Indian Head Massage Therapists provide therapeutic head massages as well as advice and practical support on diet, exercise and mental wellbeing to those who need it.

Many 50+ BME women in the Church Street area feel isolated and vulnerable and are unable to access local wellbeing services due to cultural constraints or a lack of knowledge on how to access local services. Mosaic provides a vital role in supporting these women to overcome barriers to mental health and wellbeing by offering this free, culturally sensitive and holistic service in the community..
