Mosaic Community Trust’s projects aim to empower diverse, socially excluded and disadvantaged communities, enabling them to actively participate in the strategic decision making processes at community level and effectively access the mainstream services currently not being adequately accessed.

Since 2005, our approach has been to empower our stakeholders and we are doing this through a rights based approach.  Mosaic Community Trust prides itself on being a community based organisation, firmly rooted within communities, not providing services but enabling communities to develop and access the services available to them.

In 2015, building on its extremely successful Community Champions model that has been widely adopted by the BME community of North Westminster, Mosaic Community Trust made the decision to expand its work overseas.
