2024 - 2025 Impact Report

This year, Mosaic strengthened health and wellbeing across Church Street - reaching 500+ residents, supporting high ongoing engagement, and guiding vulnerable residents through 43 complex cases. Our community-led work was powered by partnerships with Imperial NHS Trust, CLCH, CAMHS, the Women’s Health Research Centre, and local networks, helping us deliver trusted, culturally rooted support.
